the evolution of the revolution

The day came & went without hearing back form the slumlords. Our lease ends one month from tomorrow. They require one month notice when moving out. How is that possible when I still do not even know what my next rental rate is going to be? Allowing only 4 days between first contact and the 30-day mark is an absolutely dreadful business practice. I am hopeful I can get a rate I am comfortable with (Or better) but it aggravates me that this will be in the back of my mind until some point Monday. Hopefully. Cannot really be too sure right now. I like my leasing consultant but to the company she works for----
