somedayseattleThis morning I met up with Da Younga Sista at The Unhappiest Place in America to visit MeMum. Between the Holiday Thang and Erica having to work some Sundays it’s been a while since I’ve been able to see her. Her hair has gotten kind of long, comparatively. She has always worn a short haircut but it’s obvious her locks have not been shorn since the last time J-Nic did months ago. She has shoulder length ringlets. I would imagine it’s been half a century since her hair has been this long. If she grew a VanDyke, she would look just like Robert Plant does these days.
On the way home I stopped at the groceria Wegmans. They are the only local groceria that carries Firelli hot sauce. I grabbed a bottle as well as a 12 pack of Genesee. It’s been a while since I’ve had a Jenny Cream Ale. I’m going to spend the rest of the afternoon haphazardly paying attention to football while texting Eddie the Painting Guy to remind him the Dallas Cowboys suck and will probably lose today.
UPDATE-The Dallas Cowboys suck and lost today.
