On the days she has to work, Erica usually gets out of bed before I do. She goes into the kitchen and pours us both a cup of coffee and grabs a bowl of cereal for herself. We then sit down for our 'news/coffee/Chip complains about Republicans' session. She turned the TV on this morning and it came to life the exact moment the opening theme to Beavis and Butthead began. That made me laugh. It seems an appropriate soundtrack to the day based on the goofy lives we lead.
