somedayseattleThe other day I made a cream of mushroom soup for one of the residents here who is recovering from surgery. It was so good it would make you kick a dog. Yesterday I whipped up some cream of potato soup. It was so good it would make you punch a gap toothed teenager right in the face. I made a Catalina dressing this morning. That was so good……. just trust me. It was pretty damn good. I swear, there needs to be a Michelin Star on my apartment door.
Erica is off to see her mom today and I was saying goodbye in the lobby. I was in confronted with Kent, one of the oddballs in our apartment building. He told me today I was good people. I know I put on some weight in the seven months I was stuck in the hospital in mobile, but is it really necessary to refer to me in the plural?
