a change in ownership

Morning train shift with NY Joe. It was about 30 degrees when we opened up and the wind was whipping down through the tunnel. We ended up doing a dozen rides, almost all of them for 2-3 people. On the way home I was listening to a news radio station (as both 'classic' rock stations were playing Bon Jovi. Gag.). Ahead of me on Hillsborough Street were a couple police cars with lights a-flashing. As I rolled up on the scene the news announcer began to talk about how the Raleigh police were holding training sessions on NCSU's campus while the little shits were on Spring Break. Ha!

Wait a sec....normally I would chalk this occurrence up to The Weirdness Parade of my life. But once I saw the poor schlub leaning up against his car I realized this was not a cute little coincident. Homie got pulled while ripping through a police training zone. I guess he was not listening to the news station.
