somedayseattleThis year I have had 2 fillings fall out of my teeth. Yesterday, while munching down a PayDay candy bar, one of the now unfilled teeth broke. Swell. Thank goodness I live in 'Murica where it will only cost 2 arms and a leg for a dentally uninsured yahoo to get that shit fixed. Erica suggested not eating PayDay's anymore. Ha! Perish the thought! Never gonna happen. I will sacrifice what chompers I have left before giving up PayDays.

Date: 2023-07-14 10:19 am (UTC)But I hope you are planning to seek dental attention for your broken tooth. You live in Raleigh, right? UNC in Chapel Hill has a School of Dentistry; they'll fix that tooth (and the tooth that lost the filling) at a greatly reduced rate.
You are at risk of developing an abscess in these teeth. Dental abscesses are extremely painful and dangerous besides because they can infect your sinuses.
