According to our exterminators, we have a roach problem. Severe enough that they need to come to do a "clean out". It's amazing they came to this conclusion during a routine 5-minute monthly spray when we, the peeps who live here a lot more than 5 minutes once-a-month, have seen no roaches. Maybe one scurrying across a counter when we turn the kitchen light on at night, but that is a rarity. Yet who am I to stand in the way of some shitbag company charging the slumlords for extra work that is not needed. It's the got-damn 'Murican way! For these conmen to perform a cleanout, we must remove every little thing from the kitchens drawers, cabinets and counter tops. I began the process this morn (for the Saturday morn servicing. Who the eff comes on a Saturday???). I snapped this photo after I cleared out 1 of the 2 shelves that house the hot sauce supply. Clearly I have a problem. Seeing this photo makes me grateful that I have burned my colon completely off.

Also, look what I found buried waaaaaay in the back (and subsequently put on the free table)...canned meat in case of The Republican Apocalypse!
