warm milk and steak-umms

It’s currently 18° with a slight wind. The roads have all been covered with brine. A lot of the schools in the states announced yesterday they would be closed today. We are stocked up with emergency supplies (Hummus, Hot sauce, sunscreen, windshield wiper fluid and fortune cookie's)

All we need now is the actual inclement weather. The talking drones on TV are guessing 1" to 3" in our part of the world. In fact, if it comes to fruition, we will be buried beneath 14'-3" of powdery white goodness. The last recordable snow was 1075 days ago. That was roughly 3/4 of an inch. It paralyzed the city for nine days.

I’m kidding of course but these folks in the Dirty Souf know not how to handle winter weather. Precipitation is predicted for around 6 PM. It’s currently 1:17 PM and as I look out my bedroom window to Glenwood Avenue they’re already automobile accidents. These fools have crashed in the snow before the snow got here. Talk about preplanning
