At physical therapy yesterday, Brittany put me into another one of the vertical torture devices. This was the one she said people thought was harder and more uncomfortable yet I found it to be quite the opposite. We reached full verticality but unfortunately we couldn’t stay there due to my fluctuating blood pressure. I’m looking forward to doing it again soon so my body will remember the mechanics standing up and walking.

Later in the night we were visited by J-Ray and GingerBoy. Jess moved away a couple months ago but he’s back for his brothers wedding. I’m sorry...she's back for her brothers wedding. Jess is now living full-time as a woman and I could not be happier for her. They were here for about 90 minutes and lifted my spirits so high. It’s always good to be in a room with these two knuckleheads. A lot of catching up and a lot of laughing.

Today is a down day and tomorrow is grocery day. I’ve scheduled Da Cripple Bus to take us to the local Wegmans instead of our usual Groceria. They have a bunch of little eateries inside the store and Erica suggested we go there for lunch and then do our grocery shopping. It gets me out of the house for a little longer so I am obviously very cool with that.
