under normal circumstances
This week on “Being a Ward of the State”-
1-got my free gummint phone. 1000 minutes & unlimited texts every month.
2-On Liz the Recreational Therapist's advice I applied for and was accepted for Meals on Wheels. Now I will get a hot lunch delivered Monday through Friday.
3-my food stamps application was approved. My acceptance letter though says it was approved for January 2024 through June 30, 2024. I have to email them to find out why it such a short period but at least for now I am a food philatelist.
Maybe that chick at the hospital was right. Maybe being paralyzed is truly a gift. I am far better off being a cripple than a hard-working American man. Except for that whole waking thing.
