Da Younga Sista went in for a foot surgery yesterday. She explained it to me but I’m still kind of unclear about it. She has some kind of lump under one of her toes that they are going to cut off and play handball with, I believe. Just before going into surgery she received a call from the Unhappiest Place in America. Apparently they 'discovered' MeMum has two fractured ribs. It’s amazing what you can discover when you actually pay attention to your patients. I’m interested to see what their excuse is going to be this time. When she had the hematoma a few weeks ago, they claim she was 'walking around with her eyes closed and walked into a door'. I’ve drunkenly walked into doors for years and never split my head open.like that. Even more amazing was her 'walking around'. That’s truly miraculous as she has been wheelchair-bound for over 6 months. She finally finds the energy to stand up straight and walks into a door? So I wonder what the explanation for the fractured ribs will be. She was tackled while playing soccer? She fell off the roof while putting on new shingles? She got into a violent mosh pit at a concert?
