i am feathered in the moonlight

Yesterday was MeMum's birthday. She, of course, did not know it. She was born on Feb 12, 1941. That's 82 years. She has lived through 8 different decades.

1950's
1960's
1970's
1980's
1990's
2000's
The amount of changes she has seen in the world. I will, god willing, turn 82 in 2045. I cannot imagine what the world will be like then (if the Republicans have not completely destroyed it by then).It's hard for me to consider myself being that old. I have trouble accepting I am the age I am now.
