Worked the train on this lovely but overcast 30 degree morning with NY Joe. Pretty uneventful until the last ride for us. Look, I am not one to be judgmental. At least I try my hardest to not be. I am down 100% with "you be you". I only wish to offer an occasional suggestion to make others lives a little easier. Like to the elderly Latina woman who came in to celebrate her birthday. One tip might be....if you choose to shave off your eyebrows, that's cool, baby. If you choose to have said 'brows replaced with tattoos of the now-gone brows, well...that's cool, too. Uncle Chip might suggest you choose a color that is compatible with your beautiful olive skin. Neon teal blue is not it. Also, merely a suggestion from your boy......next time make sure the tattoo artist puts them (at least) kind of near where the original eyebrows lived. An inch above with a St' Louis Arch design may not have been the best of ideas, unless your goal is to look permanently surprised about something. But hey mama....you be you. Happy birthday to ya!!
