Nov. 27th, 2022 03:33 pmI am bored and the only thing on is the Panthers/Broncos game. Been watching for a while and it’s kind of sad.
Oh, Russell Wilson. Russell, Russell, Russell. What’s become of you, Russell Wilson?
We cheered you on through three years at NC State. I was so happy when The Seahawks drafted you. I’ve been a 'Hawks fan since the 1980s. We were ecstatic when you brought a Super Bowl to us. Erica and I visited Denver in 2018. We walked around their football stadium and it’s beautiful. I bought a Broncos hat. So when you were traded to Denver I was thrilled. We knew we would still be able to cheer for you because Denver holds a place in our heart. But what the hell, man? The Broncos traded away so much and then signed you to a $245 million extension and you are playing worse than a high school quarterback. Maybe it’s the change of scenery, maybe you don’t have as many quality receivers here. I don’t know what it is but when I wear my Broncos hat, people point and laugh at me. Come on, Russell. Whatever it is...snap out of it. You’re better than this. I still have faith in you.
